About the position

Under direction, as part of the Corporate Services Team, provides essential support across human resources, finance, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include processing payroll transactions, managing attendance and leave records, supporting recruitment, training, and employee separation activities, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable related to HR and finance. The role also provides general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes using a high degree of organisation, careful time management and record-keeping, while assessing and addressing competing priorities.

About the position

 Under direction, as part of the Corporate Enabling Services Team, provide property management and procurement services with integrity, efficiency and accuracy. The position supports the administration of property and procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency and WHS standards. This includes using a high degree of organisation, careful time management and record-keeping, while assessing and addressing competing priorities. You will coordinate with and manage a range of internal and external stakeholders to meet compliance and organisational requirements.

The position may be allocated tasking outside of the below responsibilities, including provision of driving services and provides back up for HOM Driver. Assistance may be required outside of standard business hours.
